Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SUBTUG, hereafter “ST”. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ST (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Damage caused by heat is not warranted. The transformer can be damaged by prolonged high amperage use.

During the Warranty Period, ST will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that are defective, under normal use and maintenance.

Delivery of the product is included in the purchase price. This Warranty does not cover transportation to return a product for repair, or refund.

The warranty does cover labor to install replacement parts. The maximum labor reimbursement is US$25.

What will we do to correct problems?

ST will furnish parts to repair the Product at no charge with freight prepaid. ST does not cover the freight to transport the product to and from a repair shop.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased is 60 days from the date of delivery. The Warranty is only for the repair or replacement of the SUBTUG. The remaining warranty of the original product is 60 days from the original date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

A defect that is due to misuse during the handling, transportation, or storage processes. File a damage claim with the delivery service.

Damage due to overheating, running the motor out of water.

Damage due to impact or dropping.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us (service@subtug.com) to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Your cooperation is required due to the Worldwide sales and delivery aspect of the purchase. ST may require photos, videos, or other  means to inspect and diagnose your problem.

The product may need to be returned to the manufacturing site or a repair facility selected by ST so that the cause of the defect can be determined.
